Notes on venues:

All panels, keynotes, workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks take place in the Professor Stuart Hall Building (PSH) – 02 on the Goldsmiths site map.

The screening of Calais Children takes place in the nearby Media Research Building (MRB) – 04 on the Goldsmiths site map.

Dinner and the MECCSA PGN x Norient – Borders & Boundaries Party on June 26 take place at DIY Space for London. DIY Space for London is easily reachable from Goldsmiths by bus or on foot – Directions to DIY Space for London.

If you do not have access to the Eduroam network, you can register as a guest on Goldsmiths wifi for 24 hours at a time; you will need to re-register each day.

Applying for Travel Grants

We have allocated funds to support a limited number of presenters with their travelling expenses. If you would like to apply to our Travel Grants, please download this form: Travel Grant Application for MeCCSA and email it back to us with an electronic copy of your receipts to Note that bursaries awarded will average £100, but the exact amount will depend on particular participants’ costs. Please send us your travel receipts no later than June 12, 2017. Reimbursements will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and payments will go through via bank transfer when the conference has ended.
